This document explains how DigiFinn / Launchpad Fintech Private Limited acknowledges, investigates, and resolves investor grievances received through the website, email, telephone, and regulator-driven channels.
Complaints unresolved at the first level are escalated to the Compliance Officer within 7 working days. Further escalation paths include the relevant Stock Exchanges, SEBI SCORES, and the SEBI SMARTODR portal.
Acknowledgement is sent within 1 working day. Substantive resolution is targeted within 21 working days, in line with SEBI and exchange guidelines.
